Do join us this Sunday for the Centenary of the Battle of the Somme

This Sunday at All Saints we receive the restored Roll of Honour back into church after the hard work of our Archivist Richard and warden Mo to see it prepared for us after damage caused to it from lead theft to a roof which caused its subsequent damage by incoming water.

The timing is perfect for its restoration to us. Upon it we can read the names of those who served and those who became lost to this Parish in the Battle of the Somme 1916.

Please join us for worship this Sunday as we worship God together and remember again those who gave their lives for their neighbours so sacrificially.

Huge congratulations to everyone participating in our shared event over the weekend: Glorious 90.

It was a real success, drawing people from our own church community and the streets around us.

Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.

Thanks to you if you sang, baked, cooked, arranged, researched, painted, prayed, organised, encouraged, created, attended, invited, welcomed, joined in, rejoiced and enjoyed.

Thank you again from All Saints.

Everyone played their part, offered the gifts and talents that are theirs from God and made for a wonderful time for many.

Please now send your photographs by email to as jpgs or pngs and you will find a display of our time together here:
